One-Eye Demon
The One-Eye Demon is the first creature Lacie encounters, appearing in a train station. In the demo version, it appears to be sitting on a chair and does not respond to anything when interacted with. However, in version 1.1, it disappears but appears in multiple locations once Lacie grabs a pair of scissors.

Alba

Kozmo
Kozmo is a demon who pops up by the campfire as soon as it's powered up with an AC adapter. He shares some basic details about Lacie's surroundings, but seems puzzled by her lack of knowledge about them. He hails from the city and probably hopped on a bus or train to reach the forest. Kozmo is also stammering, which makes it difficult for him to interact with Lacie.

Milion
Milion is a moth with dark blue hair and yellow eyes who is a realist and not a pessimist. He doesn't believe in superstitions like the 9 moth's blessing and finds Lacie's assumption that he was a butterfly mildly offensive, but he stays calm and ignores further discussion on the matter. Despite his calm demeanor, he is suspicious of her ignorance of her surroundings, and he's one of the few characters who can sense the human scent. Despite his skepticism, he takes an interest in a secret in the forest and asks if Lacie is giving him a gift when she presents a candle, only to be disappointed when he is wrong.

Aoi
Lacie encounters Aoi, a demon who works for Wendy, by stepping into a Fairy Ring with Scissors in her inventory. Aoi is a mix of joy and stress, enjoying causing trouble, collecting knick-knacks, and waiting for the bus. Despite occasional panic attacks, Aoi finds comfort in Lacie's confidence and jokes, and is eased by her stern yet comforting presence. Aoi loves dragons and bug catching but fears being eaten alive, making Lacie's presence a source of relief for them.
Fairy Heads
Fairies are said to reside inside fairy rings and have unique egg-shaped heads with sharp teeth specialized for tearing meat. Their heads have the ability to move independently from their bodies, showcasing either an open mouth or dots that resemble eyes or nostrils. These features enable them to detect prey in front with their mouths and prey to the sides with their eyes, making them efficient hunters in their realm.

Kett
Kett is a sculptor with many commissions and often pushes himself too hard. He is initially aggressive and animalistic, but becomes disoriented after receiving chips from Lacie. He confides in her that he has been feeling stuck and uninspired for a long time, and admits that he is dissatisfied with his work, calling it all garbage.
Candleman
In the sculptor's house, there is a statue of a man with a candle for a head next to a canvas. Interacting with the candle on the statue will cause it to collapse. By using the stone curse cure on the statue, it will give you a blue candle before disappearing. This blue candle is meant to be given to the prisoner.

The Prisoner
Lacie meets the prisoner at Red's treehouse after unlocking the padlocked ladder. The prisoner confesses that he was kept captive in the basement for a long time due to his irritating behavior, leading to his hatred towards Red. He boasts about his ability to place countless curses without consequences, which resulted in his imprisonment. Despite Lacie being cautious of his deceptive ways, the prisoner manages to get her to help him by promising valuable information in exchange.
Mr. Locked Site
There is a primal demon in the locked zone that Lacie must avoid by moving quietly and hiding in bushes. Lacie's heartbeat will speed up as the demon gets closer, and hiding in the bushes resets this. However, if she takes too long, the demon will chase her and ultimately kill her.

Bunny (Lakesite)
In the lakesite, there are bunnies that run away when approached, except for one that can be picked up and used to lure a monster in the lake. If Lacie saves the injured bunny and returns home, she will earn the "Omochikaeri!" achievement. Alternatively, she can help the injured bunny by giving it to the Shadow girl.
Monster (Lakesite)
In a lakeside area, there is a monster on a boat that loves meat but hates water, as indicated by a note on a tree. The monster can be removed by either throwing special water from a faucet on it or by putting a bunny in a cage, pushing it into the water for the monster to eat. In the demo version, the monster is replaced by vines with dead bones covering the boat.
Little Keeper
The lakeside bridge on the right leads to a shrine-like structure with a goldfish bowl in the center. A note explains that the faucet must be unclogged by feeding the goldfish 1 type of algae and petal, regardless of color.

Primal Demons
Sai warned Lacie about the primal demon, a dangerous entity that is known for its ruthless nature. While other demons typically target humans, primal demons are more unpredictable in their behavior. These demons are imprisoned in the dungeons, but if Lacie removes the Fuse (25) from the electrical panel, the cells will open and release the primal demons. This will make navigating through the areas more challenging as the demons will roam freely.
Spider
Spider appears in Miss Knives' illusionary house and helps Lacie escape by explaining that the house is just an illusion that can be broken by unsealing several objects. He promises that once the illusion is shattered, Lacie's belongings will be returned to her.
Painting Girl
Miss Knives has a roof that has cells and a painting of a lady on the wall. If Lacie interacts with the blessing, the painting lady will come to life and kill her. To prevent this, Lacie can either pluck out her eyeball or wield the black knife. Both options will anger the painting lady, causing her to chase Lacie through a maze.
Iris
Iris appears in Miss Knives's memories, known for her cheerful and talkative nature. She made the world sound bright for Miss Knives and described things she couldn't see when Miss Knives was blind. They tell the bunny to spit it out, and it does, revealing the bodies of Lacie and Sai. The bunny gets scolded for making a mess.

Hooded Figure
The hooded figure from Project Kat is a mysterious character. Not much is known about them except that they show up during the credits, scold Shadow Girl for giving away products for free, and question her actions when she receives a caterpillar and injured bunny. They make it clear that the shop is not a daycare and a CG scene occurs as they contemplate what to do with Shadow Girl.
